[access-uk] Wordpress and formatting

Hi,
I have made a post on a Wordpress blog but seem unable to set heading styles.
There are shortcuts for Underline, Right align and other things I don't want
right now but the heading change is a drop down box which I have to leave my
text to get to, then deselecting it. I tried pasting from Word but it just
pastes as all the same font. Does anyone know of an easy way to do this, maybe
doing the headings in HTML might help but I was trying to avoid that and just
type normally using styles in Word etc.** To leave the list, click on the
