Hi Kulvinder
There seems to be some confusion here. I posted and answer to a question asking
how to change from ribbon to drop-down menus in WLM which is a email client
nothing to do with Office. Naturally therefore it doesn’t work with Office
2007 or 2010. But a separate program called ToolbarToggle, easily found with a
Google search will do the job for Office. Or at least it does for me.

Works fine for me. I’m using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit with WLM 2011 I just
press Control & f1 together and it turns ribbons off. Press again and it turns
them back on. Why you can’t I’ve no idea.

Hi Rodger,
It says ribbon collapsed but it doesn’t give you access to the normal menues.
I.E file, edit, view etc. so are we missing something or is this for a
different version of WLM?
