Greetings,

I have just taken deliverey of a new W7 system with JawsV14 and windowEyes
V8.whatever, it still needs a lot more tweaking.

One problem is, both launch at startup and W.E is in demo mode, Jaws is
alright.

I knew on my old system somewhere, no longer working but files saved to new
one, I had a document from ages ago sent to AccessUK about how to stop this
happening but the date of the post is 2001, hence, in the early days of
WindowsXP.

I paste in the document below, so please can somebody tell me how to stop
this happening under W7 Premium 64? Please, I am very novvice with W7 so
please keep it very simple.

Richard,

If Window-Eyes is in the startup group you need to remove it. Do the
following. 1. bring up the start menu with control-escape. 2. type "p"
for programs. 3. Arrow down to startup and hit enter. 4. Arrow down to
Window-Eyes and do shift-f10. 5. Arrow down to delete and hit
enter. Answer yes.

If you are using load before Startup bring up the Window-Eyes control panel
control-backslash, alt-f for file and arrow to load before startup. If
this is on hit enter to turn it off.

I hope this helps. If you have problems write me at billh@xxxxxxxxxxx

Regards, Bill
