  Any good mobile phone shop should have one in stock for customers to play 
with, also the Apple store nearest you will have one on display.  Alternatively 
(and this is my suggestion), ask a friend or colleague who uses voice over to 
let you have a go with theirs as then they can explain to you how to interact 
with the phone.  I found the Apple staff in the Regents Street store quite 
unhelpful when I got my IPhone, they really didn't have much of a clue about 
voice over but perhaps I was unlucky with the day and being lumbered with a 
sh*t of a genius bar employee who insisted on trying to be as unhelpfully 
helpful as possible LOL.
