There is probably an account number for billing purposes which is what is being referred to. It doesn't appear to be asking you for information which suggests it is probably more likely to be genuine because the only reason to send you this mail would be to cause you to take some action that precipitates information being passed by yourself to someone conducting the phishing attack..
