It doesn't appear to be an email that is phishing for details.

There is probably an account number for billing purposes which is what is being 
referred to.  It doesn't appear to be asking you for information which suggests 
it is probably more likely to be genuine because the only reason to send you 
this mail would be to cause you to take some action that precipitates 
information being passed by yourself to someone conducting the phishing attack..

I would sit tight and you probably find nothing happens which is kind of what 
the message is really saying anyway.
