  Ian – are you using the correct version of firefox for the plug-in? that is 
the sort of message you usually receive when you upgrade firefox and an 
existing plug-in isn’t supported by the new version but it might equally apply 
the other way around. EG if you are using a version of firefox older than that 
which the plug-in requires.  Haven’t tried it for myself yet so can’t tell you 
which versions of firefox are supported/ required.

  I have just installed the Webvisum add-on. However, when I open Firefox, I 
get an alert saying that Webvisum is now disabled. Am I alone in this?
