I guess my caution is that I'm still using JFW9, and have heard that things like flash and perhaps java can create issues with screen readers? -

Well, the way I feel about it is, so long as its not doing any harm, why not just update!

Simplistic I know, but I don't really know of any good reason not to carry out these updates when prompted.

Cheers.

And just to jump in if I may - I keep getting asked to update Flash, and java, and say no every time to both, should I really install them, and what are the pros and cons of doing so please -

Thanks Vivien. You've nailed it with this one!

This is almost what Peter sent me yesterday, and although I tried .com .co.uk and .net, I didn't think to try .org.

Thanks to all who provided helpful links.

Hi List.

A couple of months back someone posted a URL that would quickly check and update Adobe Flash. Sorry, I don't remember the contributors name.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about, I'd appreciate a resend of that link.

Many thanks.

Darran
