Peter, tried to play one or two radio stations from sightconnections last
night, and the first couple played all right, and then the same Windows
Media error message sprung up again.
Is there a way I can uninstall this bloody pisser of a program.

Billy, my first thought, since you have no problem playing from the CD, is
that your firewall, be it Sygate or Norton or Zone Alarm, might have Media
Player blocked from accessing the internet.

Peter, I'm trying to play Video from the net, but it doesn't play radio
stations from sightconnections either.

Hi Billy. Are you trying to stream video or music with Media Player, using
dialup? If so you might be getting a timed out error. Do you have any luck
on local Radio stations like Radio Clyde link at sightconnections?

hi guys, having some really bad problems with Windows Media Player. When
trying to play either Video clips, or Internet Radio Stations using the
program. The prog comes up with a Windos Media Error message.
I can play Videos from the HDD all right.
Hope someone can help with this.
