I think he wants something a bit better than that.

Hi Ari, try the free open source ESpeak (http://espeak.sourceforge.net). This is the speech synthesizer you hear by default when you use NVDA. Hope that helps.

Subject: [access-uk] Voices with JAWS?

Hi all
Can someone please tell me where I can buy extra voices for JAWS to use? Some of the types of voices I'd like to find, if possible free or first to try, are a voice with a Scottish accent if there is such a thing, some British English voices, the VoiceWare Kate voice(I can't find a site from where I can just buy it), and some voices of different types of people, like, if there is, a teenager type voice. Is there also a way to make a voice sound really angry as if it wants to throw a tantrum?
Thanks
Ari
