Sure, when voice over is speaking through your speakers just press the
volume up button on the IPad and the speaker volume used by voiceover will
increase.
This is because the volume of the headphones and speakers are relative.

Hi,
I have an iPad and since I paired the apple bluetooth keyboard I can
hardly hear VoiceOver coming from the speaker but when I have my
earphones in the volume is full on. Any ideas as to what I need to
change please.
