No, there is no evidence of this.

Ian Litterick seems to think his amendment has won, but we've had no
evidence from Inland Revenue, no tangible evidence anyway.  He claims to
have an Email from a Michelle of Inland Revenue, but doesn't publish her
Email address, and there is nothing on the Inland Revenue web site.

So while we provide computers, we don't VAT exempt them.
