Hello Jonathan,

I tried as you suggested and no, there is no add file tab.

Write something
Post
Add photos
More....

The More.... simply brings up:
Tag Friends
Add Location
Add a Feeling or Activity
Add Photos
Post

Then near the bottom of the page is:

Info
Admin Panel
Add Members
Members 9
Photos
Events
Files
Send Message

Confused.com!

Regards,

Michael

Assuming your group actually allows files, there are two ways to get to it,
which is either 6 or 7 tabs along from the "search this group"
search box (which is the second search box on the page).
Or search for "add file" - the group action tabs are in this order:
Write Post, Add Photo/Video, Ask Question, Add File.

If you don't have add file in any of those places, then the group admin has
disabled that function.

Hello,

I have a group associated to my work and at times I need to upload
text files for the other members. I have tried both on my PC and on my
iPhone, but I cannot find the Add File button.

I can get the Upload Photo but I can see no way to upload said files.
I Googled it and the help files are from 2013 and before and talk
about the Add File button. It says something about security settings,
but there is no further explanation.

Help apppreciated.

Kindest,

Michael
