Were you wanting to run JAWS on it? If so, then version 9.0.2169 is the
latest, and that works with Vista Home Premium.

just wonting to make sure I am about to buy the correct upgrade Windows
Vista, Home Premium Edition with Service Pack 1, Upgrade Version (PC) I
have checked and my pc is able to take an upgrade
