Hi Amro,
Make sure all Internet Explorer or Firefox windows are closed before
installing the Flash Player.
If that doesn't work, completely remove any old versions then try again.

Hello all,
Any advice on how I can get around the Flash player updater dialog to finish
updating Flash player on my computer?
I've tried Alternative Flash player Auto updater, and downloading the Flash
player version on the White stick page but couldn't do it with either.
I have tried all possible combination clicks with the flipping Flash updater
dialog but didn't go anywhere. For crying out loud, how hard is it to make the
bloody Flash updating dialog accessible Mr Adobe?
