Why Paul though should this be incompatible?
Is RNIB working with Pulse then to rectify this? Otherwise, we do not have
an inclusive product and again, are left behind!

Unfortunately this firmware release is incompatible with the RNIB talking
Tvonics box.
The software may work but you will experience unstable behaviour. There is a
warning on the Pulse-eight website not to upgrade the RNIB box.
