[access-uk] Turning off speaking of field names in jaws

Hi all
I've asked sight and sound about this one, they are not sure, however
told me this has been achieved in the past so thought I'd ask here.
I'm using jaws 11 in conjunction with word 2003. Whenever I come across
a field in one of my templates, jaws reads out the whole name of the
fields and the codes that make things work, making editing things a
bit tedious. can you tell me how this could be turned off?
