Hi Tony When you are in Duxbury and have pressed control T to translate your print document into Braille, go to the bottom of the document and then press insert and page down so that it will tell you how many pages your document has. Then you can go to the emboss section as I described earlier, where you can put your first page, followed by dash, then last page. I hope this makes sense, that's how I do it and this works for me. I will be brailling from page 5 onwards to finish! I imagine I type in say 4- but what would follow the dash or could I type in say for argument's sake '"all"? Thanks to date Tony ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jackie Cairns" <jackie.cairns@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, December 03, 2008 4:26 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: The Braille Index a Question > Hi Tony > > When you go to emboss with control E, instead of entering on the command > to do so, tab to the combo box where you will be able to choose from > several page range options. For example 4-80. Then tab to OK, and this should work. > > Jackie Cairns > Braille Support Adviser > Email: Jackie.Cairns@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > Sight and Sound Technology > Welton House North Wing > Summerhouse Road > Moulton Park > Northampton > NN3 6WD > Telephone: 01604 798024 > Fax: 01604 798090 > Web: www.sightandsound.co.uk > > -----Original Message----- > From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf > Of Tony Sweeney > Sent: 03 December 2008 15:14 > To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [access-uk] Re: The Braille Index a Question > > Jackie > > It is Duxbury. > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Jackie Cairns" <jackie.cairns@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Sent: Wednesday, December 03, 2008 3:51 PM > Subject: [access-uk] Re: The Braille Index a Question > > > > Hi Tony > > > > What Braille translation software are you using?
