Hi Jackie,

Guess I for one will have to be happy with Barry's temporary suggestion of the
view menu until someone can come up with a more permanent solution for the
problem!

Thanks

Tony

I don't think this blank message thing is as straightforward as going
into your view menu and altering something. I belong to the BCAB list,
and it happens there too. Not sure what's going on, but I can generally
read everyone's messages, but some have pointed out they can't read
mine, where others can. It's a weird one this.

  Hi Barry,

  That worked for me!

I suppose that there's no guarantee that we won't have to do that again
  and again is there?

It's that thing again where you need to go into the View menu
  with the
message open, arrow down to encoding and select Western European
  Windows.
Don't know why this started happening over the last few months
  but it threw
  me at first!
