Hi Denis, Tom and Jim have suggested one way of doing the booking a slot, but, quite honestly, I do not have a problem with the Tesco booking system. I have just this minute done my order for the week and had no problem with booking a slot. I use IE8 and JAWS 12, so not a lot of difference between systems. All I do is press the 'h' hot key until I get to 'book a slot' and then press enter. I then just down arrow until I get to the appropriate day and time, i.e. cursoring down through 08.00 - 10.00 and then all the days sat-fri and then 09.00 - 11.00 sat - fri. Once you come to the time you want, then just continue to arrow down and when, say, Wednesday is reached, just press the space bar to check the day. I then just tab out of the selection area until I get to 'researve slot'. Perhaps you could try both ways and see which works for you. Cheers. John. -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Denis Tocher Sent: 19 November 2011 11:56 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Tesco - Difficulty in slot booking Hi, I am using Jaws 13 and Vista and XP. I am endeavouring to book a delivery slot on the Tesco site and find it difficult to identify and choose a slot. The instructions are to choose a week and tab to an appropriate day. This works fine but then I am unable to find any slots for a particular day. I am sure many of you know the knack of overcoming this problem and would welcome your help.
