The banks are introducing a second sort of authorisation to try and insure the safety of internet banking and shopping. They are sending out a card reader to people to insure that they have there bank card and know the pin.

Hi Darren,
What exactly are these card readers. I'm a Nat West customer too and haven't heard anything about this at all. Is it something I need because if it is, then I can get on the phone and tell them I need a talker and to send one out to me. Any info would be appreciated.

Cheers,
Sandra.
