[access-uk] TWO TEXT RELATED QUESTIONS

Is there any straightforward way of turning an HTML file into readable plane
text please? Second, can a book courier read html files? If the answer to the
second question is yes, then the answer to question 1 becomes less important
although I'd still like to know.
