I would suggest you keep AVG because it is in principal a program for
detecting viruses, not all malware is a virus.

Subject: [access-uk] Super Anti Spyware

Hello. If I was to purchase a copy of Super Anti Spyware, Would I still need
to run a anti virus program like AVG or Mcafee? I like the interface on
Super Anti Spyware and would like to purchase a full license. If running
both programs is going to effect the speed of my computer, then I'll not
bother having both running.
