[access-uk] Strange notice on boot up!

Hi Folks!
Keep getting the following message on boot up:
" Important notice deadline approaching "
The page displays only the above line and is easily removed by alt F4, just
beginning to bug me a wee bit though. Any thoughts?
Using JFW and XP with SP2 and as far as I am aware no software is time limited
on my pc.
