For effective, hit man pro has a combination of five or six popular
anti-spyware. Once you have set it up, you can run it through them all
automatically, updating and removing as it goes. You can get it from:

This is a Dutch site, but there is English on the site too. Some of the
anti-spy are month trial versions, but you can just stop them running once
the trial is up.
