Your best bet is probably Super Anti Spyware, which is easy to use and fully
accessible with Jaws. There is a free version available.

I'm using Avast but am wondering what most people are using to go with this.
I was advised by someone very much in the know to use Spybot Search and
Destroy and he said it is accessible with Jaws but I can't work out how to
use it.
