[access-uk] Sound only coming through earphones

There is no sound from my iphone se unless i'm using earphones.  I thought to 
resolve this problem, you put 2 fingers slightly apart on the screen and drag 
downbut i've tried this and no change so hopefully somebody can remind me the 
way to fix this problem.
