Well Steve, looked at the site you mention as I'd not heard of 
this PHOENIX company before.  I'm left asking how it benefits me 
as an individual.  Apart from not having bought anything from 
S&S, I don't see how, as an individual, its going to benefit me. 
At the risk of attracting censure, I'd say from what others have 
said here, an improvement in S&S service wouldn't be a bad thing.
