I've been in touch with the Accessibility Manager at Sky. She tells me that
the website was moved in-house on Friday, which will be better for Sky
customers when it's working right, but they are experiencing teething problems.
The redirect to the TV listings sub-domain redirect from the old site that is
broken and they are working on it as I write.
The new in-house accessibility site is at:
https://www.skyaccessibility.sky

And I've just had an email back from Sky telling me that its working just fine
and it must be the browser I'm using that's at fault. Even though I've tried
with IE, Firefox and Chrome.

Hello,
You're not alone, it happens with me as well. It's not just that
they've changed the web address either, as the same thing happens when
you go from google. It doesn't help if you log in to sky also.

For the last three or four days I've been getting a 403 Forbidden error
message when trying with both IE and Chrome.
Am I alone with this?
