Yep, if your TV has a second HDMI slot, you can just plug the Sky Q box into
it.

Hi all
I'm shortly going to get Sky Q but don't have a tv. I do, however, have an
office/living room set up with my computer monitor in the corner. What I
would like to do is to just have the one screen in the room. So, either Sky
Q through a computer monitor or my computer output on a tv. Has anyone
successfully set up such?
I'm happy to buy a new monitor or small tv to connect to my computer.
