Aah, you may have something there, associated my sky account with an ID? I
have a sky account with a password, how do I associate an ID to it? And is
this what I use instead of the email ID when logging in to the box with the app?

Steve

Hi Steve.

Yes, there shouldn't be any issue with you using the Sky Plus app, I presume
you're after the remote features? If you've associated your Sky account to a
Sky ID, connected your box to the router and are still having problems, check
that the box is getting an internet connection, unfortunately this isn't
accessible as you have to go in to the Sky box menus.

All the best, Ibrahim.

Hi All,

I wonder if anyone can answer this for me. Due to a fault in our sky box,
we've just been given an upgrade HD box. This has been set up on my router by
the sky engineer. My question is that we don't have an actual HD package so
we're not paying for the HD enhancement but does anyone know if the sky plus
app for the iphone lwill still work? I tried it and logged in to my sky
account but when the app searches for the sky box on the network, it doesn't
find it. Is there anything else I need to do guys?

Many thanks

Steve
