[access-uk] Signing up for gmail

Hi,
I want to get a gmail account and am having a problem. I've got to the
capcha part where you have to type the characters you see and there's an
option to listen to the characters and type them. But after I press enter
on the link that says "listen and type the numbers you hear" I get a message
saying "There is no update from Real to support this content".
Has anyone had this problem and any ideas what if anything I can do about
it?
