Hi Chris it should really work without the software as I have internet
from Sky and I chose not to install the software. I would just give it a
try once the connection is activated and if it doesn't work then go
ahead and install the software.

Hannah will be using Virgin Media as her ISP for her new flat as she
has an existing NTL line. Now, will she need to configure anything, or
can she just connect via the ethernet or wireless networks once Virgin
has installed everything?
