Hello Jim.
Using the default settings of NVDA do the following:
Press Caps-lock and letter N
This will get you into the NVDA menu.
Explore those, one of which gives the detail you ask for.

I've just signed up to the latest version of nVDA but am a little rusty
regarding the keystrokes, even though many are similar to JAWS 19 (the latest
version I have installed). Can someone please send me the list of keystrokes
and how to set it up to work with Audible.
