My sighted wife has now saved these 2 stations onto my DAB radio on
channels 2 and 3 and I've got them also on my computer.
So this is fantastic.

To help further precisely for talksport and talksport 2 you can go to
https://talksport.com/radio/schedule/
It updates every day at about 2 AM with the schedule for that day, so for
example on the 11 November at 2 AM there will be schedule for that day, 11
November. Other stations similarly have their schedules on their website.

I can't answer you question completely, but all the autumn international
rugby matches are on Talksport or Talksport2. I know because I listen to the
station sometimes and they have been trailing them for ages.
Most stations have schedules on their websites.
