Hi Darran,
When say the time is running, it takes up the bottom right corner of the
screen, where the clock always is. If you use your mouse keys and go to the
bottom right of the screen, then come up one line, you should hit the clock.
When you hear the voice tell you the time, I think it's female by default,
do a right mouse click. A context menu should come up where you can arrow
down to the settings option and press enter. From there, you can tab around
the various settings such as how often to announce the time, how often to
connect to a time server and so on. Hope this helps.
