Got speech working, but single tap activates everything, how do you turn on
double tap?

if it is an android phone then speech comes as standard. also most Samsung
movbiles have their own alternative speech engine. so yes speech should be
there . not sure how much sight you have but you need to go into the
settings. then accessability. then talkback and ensure it is enabled. that
should bring speech into active mode for you..
