When you log into the site, follow the link to "Book delivery". On
the page that loads, you'll find a table showing all the available dates and
times for the next week.

The days of the week, which run across the top of the table, always
start from the following day. The times, which are offered in hour long
slots, run down the left column of the table.

You'll need your screen reader table navigation keys to move through
the table. As you do, you'll come across two types of information.

An x indicates that the delivery slot is already fully booked. A
link for a certain amount of money, for example £5.50, indicates that the
delivery slot is available and how much the delivery cost will be at that
time.

So, move left or right across a row until you locate the date you're
after. Then, move up or down that column to locate the time you're after.

When you find the right date and time, just select the link. The
page won't immediately appear to change a great deal, but if you then look
underneath the table you'll find a confirmation message and a "Continue"
link. If you're happy with the date and time that's been selected, just
follow the "Continue" link. If not, go back and select another date and
time.

Léonie.

Subject: [access-uk] Sainsbury Web Site

Hello List

Does anyone have experience of Sainsbury web site? I am unable to book the
correct delivery time and date. They tell me the site is fully compliant
and refuse to discuss the issue. Any help will be welcome.

With thanks in advance

Mike.
