Hi Richard,
I think this is possible depending on what site you are viewing. In IE I 
believe you can disable flash, so watching videos on Youtube with Flash 
disabled will theoretically only play the audio. I maybe wrong though, 
something tells me that if you disable flash, you disable Audio as well as
