Hello fellow listers,

I'm sure some of you have had this problem. I use dBpoweramp to rip CD's so I
can play the music files on my victor Reader Stream. Usually it works very
well, but occasionally it cannot source the album info and comes up with
"unknown artist" and "unknown track". Also, I have the same problem with
Windows Media Player. I did have this problem with CDex but I find dBpoweramp
is much faster and comes up trumps most of the time. I have recently
purchased such an album, a 10CD box set called The world's greatest Ballet
Hits. Can anyone please suggest what program I can use without resorting to
sighted help to know what the albums are and the track titles? Is it possible
this information is not available on the databases which are accessed by
dBpoweramp? All help most appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Best wishes,

Clive Pallett
