[access-uk] Require a good diagnostic program

hi all i require good diagnostic program that can do the following thing.
1. Run test on system memmery sound card graphic card and other hardware.
2. Run imternet optimisation internet security and system security test
3 optimise system settings.
4. Do a harddisk cleanup and defragmentation and reg cleanup and
defragmentation.
5. It should be accessable with jaws or nvda.
6. it should work with windows7.
I use system macanic but its not accessable
