Thanks for help on this – I found reset PC under recovery but it is taking a
very long time – I am using narrator to find out what is going on.

If she’s planning to donate her laptop to her daughter then this is probably
not the best option as it still leaves her data on the account, plus with a
limited user account the daughter couldn’t (without administrator permissions)
install software or make any system changes. It’s incredibly easy and in some
cases doesn’t require any sighted assistance to restore a PC to a factory state.

You could create a new user [your daughter], as well as a new account for
yourself, but as an administrator.
Then using your new account as an administrator, remove your original log in
account.

What is the quickest way to get rid of everything without effecting anything on
