Hi Barry,
Before the Pixel, I had a Nexus 6P and a Nexus 7 tablet. I am definitely
Googled. I only use an iPhone for playing the odd game and training. I
don't like that walled garden thing, but that's just me.
All the best
Steve

Thanks, Steve. What did you have before you got your Pixel? I know you'd
have gone for the best (smiles).
BTW, I'll tell you why I'm so reluctant to buy a Pixel. I am an Apple fan
and use an iPhone and iPad as my main portable devices, all I need the
Android for is testing, otherwise, it's just going to be sat in my office
gathering dust.
Cheers
Barry

Hi Barry,
It's another oldie, but I believe it's faster than the 7. I also believe it
has Nougat.
All the best

Anyone know what the Nexus 9 is like? Will that run the latest OS?
Cheers

Hi Barry,
You want the world, but don't want to pay for it? <Smile>.
Unfortunately, the Google Pixel C is your only choice for the latest and
greatest Nougat software. The Pixel C is also very expensive, and I haven't
seen it secondhand, because it's a good tablet.
I don't have one either, I do everything on my Pixel phone.
All the best
Steve

Subject: [access-uk] Recommendation of Google Android tablet
Hi all
I know this subject was covered recently and the consensus was a Kindle
Fire, but I need a full Android OS that is updated to the latest without
second-party delay. Essentially, I believe I need a Google tablet. Money
is a little tight just now, so I'm looking at second-hand, so the Pixel
isn't an option. I'd appreciate it if people could recommend something.
Thanks in anticipation.
Cheers
Barry
