Hi.
Given the number of people who seem to have this TV, I wonder if somebody
could possibly let me have the layout of the remote that comes with the 2019
model please?

i'm not aware that this is possible, the only other alternative if you have
the magic remote is to activate the microphone and speak which volume level
you want.
