[access-uk] Ram

Hi
Running jaws 5 and XP Home.
From a fresh start with jaws running I go to System Info and am told that I
have 306 Mb free out of 512 Mb ram.
I realise that this is a silly question as it all depends on what is
running, but could anyone tell me if that figure is about right.
Apart from jaws and Norton anti virus I have nothing in my sys tray. There
are several items in msconfig start up but I have not worked out what they
all are yet.
I am trying to get the best performance from my pC and I was just wondering
if the amount of free ram I have is about right for the sort of system I
have.
