No Peter the name of the headphones is Aftershocks Trekz, and then usually
something else either air or Titanium. I just call them Trekz for short.
Sorry for the confusion. I meant when the headset is off, press and hold the
on button until you hear pairing. Then try to find them in the list of Blue
tooth devices on your phone.

Yusuf

Thanks for replying.

I don't have a Trekker Breeze. Is that what you were referring to? If not
I'm sorry but I don't understand.

Have you put the Trekz in to pairing mode? You might need to do this. Press
the on/off button until you hear pairing, and then go through the steps on
the phone to pair them again.

Used the above some time ago with no problems. The headset is charged and
turned on. Bluetooth connectivity is on yet no speech through headset.

In settings it tells me:

"Connected devices Bluetooth NFC"

On double tapping I am told "previously connected devices disabled". I can't
see the Aftershocks listed on the screen so that I can pair it.

Can somebody give me an idiots guide as to what to do please.

Peter
