Richard, One option you have is to use the JAWS cursor to get into each text box, then cut and paste the contents into another Word document. If you want to try this out, once you have opened the document there are a few things you can do to optimise the way the document is presented for reading with the JAWS cursor: put it in Print Layout view (assuming you're using Word 2003 this is on the View menu); make sure the window is maximised with Alt + SpaceBar, X; and set the zoom to 100%, which can also be done from the View menu. Then switch to the JAWS cursor with NumPad minus, PageUp to get to the top of the screen, then DownArrow through it. The first few lines will probably be the menu bar, toolbars and perhaps the ruler, and then you should get to the document itself. When you get to a line that contains some text, use Control + RightArrow or Control + LeftArrow to get onto the text, then NumPad slash to do a left mouse click at that point. Then you can either just read the text with the PC cursor, or do a Control + A to select everything within that text box, then cut and paste it into another Word document. When you're using the JAWS cursor mode you can't scroll the screen, so if you get to the status line, which starts with a page number and is reread with each DownArrow, use NumPad plus to change back to the PC cursor, press PageDown to scroll the document one screen, then switch back to the JAWS cursor.
