[access-uk] Questions about plextalk pocket

Hi
I have been using my plextalk pocket over the weekend, it
has been telling me the time but I cannot work out which key
I press to get it to do that, there must be a key but I
can't find it.
Also, how often do they bring out new firmware for the
pocket?
