Hi Paul I was looking at cook’s essential actifry yesterday and couldn’t get
the video to work when I spoke to their customer services I was just told to
try again. not very helpful but like you I have had good service normally
maybe it is the staff who are not getting the training any more. Janet

The QVC web page issue has been fixed.
Unfortunately I haven’t had any acknowledgement from QVC that this has
happened. They were very unhelpful when I said I needed to speak to the
technical team. I have always had excellent service from customer services but
not on this occasion.
