Go to verbosity by holding down the JAWS key and press the letter v. You should
find what you are looking for in there.

I've recently installed JAWS 11 and found that when I tried to merge the
settings from JAWS 10 it did not work.
I have been unable to alter the punctuation I usually have it set to "none"
and cannot remember how to do this please ca someone enlighten me? I thought
it was in user options but doesn't appear to be unless I have to alter every
punctuation mark separately.
