[access-uk] Problems with Windows Explorer

Hi,

 

I am using a system running Windows 7 64 bit and JAWS16.

 

I am experiencing problems when arrowing through thhe list of files in
Windows Explorer.  I get so far and then Explorer fails to respond and I
have to close the program and reboot the computer.

 

I had this happen to me a while ago and someone told me of a setting to
change.  I have no idea why it would have reverted back if this is indeed
what has happened.  Please can someone tell me how to sort my Explorer out?
